Complying with the governor’s PAUSE plan, all CiTi locations will be closed for access as of 6:00 p.m. March 20, 2020. There will be no entrance to our buildings after that time until further notice.
In coordination with the Oswego County Department of Health and Oswego County Legislature, CiTi BOCES and its nine component districts have decided to close through April 14 to help alleviate the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
The closures will begin Monday, March 16, and will stay in effect until April 14.
During this period of closure, districts will focus on thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting each building to help with the spread of germs and viruses. Districts will also remain in close contact with local and state public health officials.
Closing local school districts will also help control the spread of the virus to those in the community who are most susceptible, including the elderly and those with weakened immune systems.
While there are no confirmed cases of the virus in the area at this time, we are taking preventative measures for the safety and well-being of our community.
Additional district-specific information will be provided by those individual school districts via their websites and mass notification systems.
