CiTi BOCES has an opening for a full-time 2nd shift custodial worker (2:00pm - 10:30pm). This position is routine and repetitive manual work calling for the efficient and economical performance of building cleaning and occasional minor maintenance tasks. Cleaning tasks are performed according to a well-established procedure, and maintenance tasks are performed under direct supervision or according to specific instructions. Supervision is received from a custodian or other superior.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sweep and mop floors and stairs; vacuum carpets
- Dust desks, woodwork, furniture, and other equipment; clean glass
- Wash windows, walls, blackboards, sinks, and other fixtures
- Polish furniture and metal furnishings
- Empty waste baskets, collect and dispose of rubbish, and replace liners
- May clear snow and ice from walks
- May mow lawns, trim shrubs, rake leaves, and perform a variety of other grounds-keeping tasks as assigned
- May deliver packages and messages
- Arrange chairs, tables, and other equipment for special use of school building
- Repair window shades, replace light bulbs, soap, and towels
- Paint rooms and equipment; assist in minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Sanitize door handles, desks, and tabletops
- Clean bathrooms; restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap supplies
- Responsible for locking each room or building after cleaning is done
Traveling position: Oswego County Locations.
Must be Civil Service eligible and have a valid driver’s license. CiTi BOCES is seeking a passionate and student-centered dually certified teacher (ELA 7–12 and Students with Disabilities) to join our A+ Program, serving high school students (grades 9–12) with diverse learning needs. This teacher will provide engaging English Language Arts instruction within a highly structured, supportive classroom environment that emphasizes individualized learning and social-emotional development.
About the A+ Program:
The A+ Program offers a balanced educational experience for students within an 8:1:2 classroom ratio. It is designed for students identified as having Autism or exhibiting neurodivergent characteristics. Students in this program may display social-emotional delays, academic skill deficits, sensory or processing needs, and expressive and receptive communication challenges. The A+ Program promotes individualized supports, evidence-based instruction, and collaboration to help each student reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing differentiated ELA instruction aligned with NYS learning standards.
- Implementing students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with fidelity.
- Participating in the development of IEPs, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Conducting progress monitoring and maintaining accurate data on student achievement toward IEP goals.
- Collaborating closely with teaching assistants, related service providers, and other team members to support student success.
- Creating and maintaining a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and self-regulation.
- Utilizing evidence-based instructional strategies and communication supports appropriate for neurodiverse learners.

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation’s Adult Literacy office is seeking a part-time GED Instructor to provide differentiated instruction and support students directly to prepare students for the GED exam and for gainful employment post-graduation.
Openings are located in Fulton (Monday, Wednesday 4pm-7pm) and Pulaski (Tuesday, Thursday 6pm-9pm) – Please indicate preferred location(s) in cover letter.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in the following areas of study: education, math, science, history, and/or English. Must be or become adult Education Certified within 60 days of employment through NYSED AEPP office, if not a NYS certified teacher. The NYS ENL Teacher, also known as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher or English Language Learner (ELL) teacher, is responsible for providing English language instruction to students whose primary language is not English. They work in public schools, private schools, or language learning centers to help students acquire English language skills and achieve academic success.

- English Language Instruction: Provide English language instruction to students at various proficiency levels, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Job Qualifications:
