Website Login FAQ

FAQ2
  • I am a CiTi employee having trouble logging in to the website. What do I do?

Determine if you are having a problem logging in to the CiTiboces.org website or if the login issue is with a third party link such as webmail or the Intranet. Log in issues involving third party links can be directed towards the technology department at helpdesk@oswegoboces.org. Issues involving logging into the website only can be directed towards the public relations department at pr@oswegoboces.org.
*HINT: Third party employee links can also be accessed through the Intranet.

    Website Login Troubleshooting:

The sign-in button is located at the top of the homepage of CiTiboces.org.

First, make sure that your username does not include "@oswegoboces.org." Your username should be the first part of your e-mail address, without the domain name at the end.

Second, if this is your FIRST time logging in, your password should be the same as the password you use to login to your office desktop computer. If this is not your first time logging in, your password should be what it was last changed to by you.

If you have forgotten your password or issues still persist, contact the public relations department for a password reset or further assistance.

*HINT: Signing in to the website does not automatically sign you in to third party links like webmail and the intranet. Third party links typically involve using your entire e-mail address as the username and the same password that is used at your office computer. These staff links can also be accessed through the Intranet.

  • The homepage looks different than normal. The search bar is gone, and I see a lined dropdown menu.

If CiTiboces.org is not open in full screen size, the homepage will default to mobile view. Enlarge the browser to fit full screen to see desktop view.
