The Instructional Technology (IT) department at the Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is designed to provide direct and remote support for all aspects of technology in the schools in Oswego County. Our services are intended to support, augment and inspire educational activities and include: planning, purchasing, hardware and software installation, training, web services, helpdesk functions and incident tracking, and day-to-day coaching support to help educators provide children in our county with innovative and engaging access to their learning.
