Position Overview
Oswego County P-TECH is seeking a certified, student-centered Student Support Teacher (Long-Term Substitute) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is designed to support high school students engaged in asynchronous and self-directed learning. The position emphasizes ensuring student success by monitoring progress, coaching students through college-level expectations, and maintaining a structured and supportive classroom environment. Secondary Special Education Teacher, A+ Program
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Regents level High School English courses to students with autism or students exhibiting other neurodivergent characteristics. This role requires a strong understanding of special education practices, a commitment to individualized instruction, and the ability to develop engaging and accessible lesson plans.
The A+ program is designed to provide a balanced educational program for students K-12 in a highly structured environment. Students may also display social-emotional delays, sensory/processing needs and have expressive and receptive communication delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism.
- Teach secondary ELA aligned to the NYS Standards, adapting materials and methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies to support student learning and engagement.

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation (CiTi) is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Distance Learning Coordinator to lead, manage, and grow distance learning services across our component districts. This individual will play a critical role in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating distance learning programs while fostering collaborative relationships with school districts, regional agencies, and other stakeholders. The Distance Learning Coordinator will play an integral role in the Synergy Virtual Learning Service at CiTi BOCES with a focus on Synergy Virtual Tutoring.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Required Qualifications:

ENL Teacher

CiTi BOCES is seeking full-time instructional coaches to support the Science of Reading. These individuals will work collaboratively with the Staff Development Specialist and the Director of Instructional Support Services to support component districts and CiTi programs
Duties and Responsibilities Include:- Provide support in the field in the areas of instructional coaching, professional development, data collection and analysis, and program evaluation.
- Be responsive to the needs of the component districts and their educators.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders, within CiTi and its component districts.
- Work with component districts and CiTi programs to determine instructional and curricular needs.
- Integrate research based/best practices into professional development.
- Additional duties related to the Science of Reading as determined by CiTi and its component districts.

Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing - Itinerant
The Itinerant Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing provides specialized instructional support to students with hearing impairments across multiple school settings within the CiTi BOCES region. This role involves direct service, consultation, and collaboration with general education teachers, families, service providers, and school personnel to support student success and promote inclusive practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
