AED Practical Nursing Graduation Celebrates 14 Students

The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation graduated 14 adult students from their practical nursing program recently, who were celebrated during a ceremony on the CiTi campus in Mexico.

Students were recognized for their hard work, dedication, and achievements during an award ceremony, before ultimately receiving their certificates of completion. In addition to this, there was a pinning ceremony in which friends and family of the graduates pinned the graduates, a tradition representing completion of nursing school.

Ana Marroquin, an alumna from the 2023 graduating class, spoke to the graduates to commend them on their hard work and effort.

“A year ago, I was in your exact position,” she said. “Cherish this accomplishment. You’ve earned it.”

Graduating students were: Alyssa Beckwith, Megan Cameron, Erika Dasno, Breannah Demo, Angela Eason, Ashton Johnson, Matthew Kinne, Sussanne Murteza, Matthew Peneston, Mandee Price, Brianna Salisbury, Miranda Sanderson, Devyn Sayler, Eric Wellman.

The next practical nursing class offering will begin in the fall. For more information or to register, visit CiTiboces.org/AdultOfferings.
