The Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation is thrilled to announce the grand opening of the CiTi CoCo Cafe, a student-run coffee shop and gift store located at 129 Cayuga Street in Fulton, NY. This unique venture is not just a cafe—it’s an innovative educational program offering students invaluable real-world business experience.
Operating Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., CiTi CoCo Cafe invites community members to enjoy freshly brewed coffee, a curated selection of student-made gifts and exceptional customer service—all while supporting local youth and their future careers.
CiTi thanked partners like the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce and the City of Fulton for their support in bringing this opportunity to life, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in retail, soft skills and entrepreneurship.
