  • CiTi Public Relations is a team of award-winning public relations professionals employed by the Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation (CiTi, formerly Oswego County BOCES), and we work to promote and publicize the great things happening in school districts. Our home base is Oswego County but our staff are far reaching from Jefferson to Onondaga to Tompkins Counties.
